Shirasugi Shuzo Co., Ltd. is a sake brewery located near Amanohashidate, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan, and has been in business since 1777.We are a brewery with a total of 4 employees and a total production of about 240 koku of sake.We aim to make sake that only we can make in Tango, and our main product is a new type of sake that does not use sake rice, but only rice that we eat, mainly Koshihikari rice.
Recently, Junmai sake using black malted rice has become popular, and sweet and sour products are on the rise.
