Our company was produce approximately 5,000 koku (900 kiloliters) of sake per year.After a hiatus of a little more than one year, in 2023, we have renewed our production style and made a new start as a sake brewery specializing in specially designated sake with a focus on "Kyoto".
The new brand "Jikkoku" is carefully brewed on a small scale using rice, water, yeast, and koji mold produced in Kyoto Prefecture.
Direct sales office open weekdays 9:00-15:00.
