Founded in 1675, Tokubee Masuda Shoten is one of the oldest existing sake breweries in Fushimi, Kyoto. The company produces sake under the name "Tsuki no Katsura.Sake brewing is not possible without human sensibility. The brewery has always been committed to handcrafting sake and has focused on the relationship between sake and culture in a wide range of areas, including sake containers, cuisine, traditional events, and the arts, as well as sake itself, and has always valued sake as an enjoyable drink.
As a sake brewery that has been producing unique sake such as nigori sake and aged sake, we aim to produce unconventional sake that is not influenced by the world, while preserving tradition.
