Founded in 1832 in Tango Yura, Miyazu City, Kyoto Prefecture, this is a traditional sake brewery that has continued since the Edo period. We produce many award-winning sake and liqueurs. Although the water is extremely soft with a hardness of 11.9 mg/L, it is a mysterious water that can be used to freely brew both sweet and dry sake, and is the origin of sake brewing. Sake is brewed using carefully selected ingredients and is made by brewers using traditional brewing methods.
We continue to inherit the brewing methods that have been passed down since our founding.
If the direct sales store is open during business hours, you can sample almost all types.
Brewery tours are available from Thursday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Reservations must be made the day before.
