Founded in Meiji 28. Since that time, they have had their own rice fields and manufacture rice shochu with rice grown with their own hands. Since 1986, we have been making shochu with organically farmed rice. Following the organic certification system that started in 2001, all of our own fields and contract farmers have been certified. We value the soil, climate, and climate, and are engaged in sustainable organic farming and shochu production.
Brewery tours and tastings are not available.Shochu sales in the store are available on weekdays only from 9:00~17:00.
