Located in Yatsushiro, Kumamoto, a region blessed with fertile land and pristine spring water, we have been dedicated to crafting unique flavors since its founding in 1939. From rice shochu to black sesame shochu, orange sweet potato shochu, and even craft gin made with Japanese citrus, we have pursued tastes found nowhere else.
By harnessing the bounty of nature to its fullest, combining inherited techniques and passion with our one-of-a-kind 5 types of stills and 6 distillation pots, we are committed to creating new and unparalleled "deliciousness" that the world has never experienced before.
