Founded in 1857. With the belief that "sake brewing starts with rice cultivation", the brewery works together with local agriculture. The brewery is engaged in the entire process from sake rice cultivation to rice milling and brewing in Ebina City and other neighboring areas.
Representative brands are "Izumibashi" and "Tonbo Labe".
Other seasonal products include "Natsu no Yago", "Aki Tonbo", "Tonbo no Ettouran to Yukidaruma", and a seasonal product depicting the life of a red dragonfly, which is the symbol of Izumibashi.
Currently there are no regular sake brewery tours.
You can always enjoy sake tasting (for a fee) and shopping at the Sake Tomokan in the brewery.
Open all year round from 10:00 to 18:00. *Except for summer and year-end holidays.
