Founded in 1905, this small sake brewery is brewed by only three people.Located in Ibusuki, Nansatsu, which is famous for its hot springs, it is in a private house a 5-minute walk from Ibusuki Station.The representative brand is "Rihachi", the name of the second generation. Currently, the fifth generation.The brewery uses freshly dug sweet potatoes and water from the brewery's underground well. Each bottle is brewed by hand, from preparation to labeling, with the utmost care.You can visit the brewery and enjoy a tasting, so please stop by when you come to Ibusuki.
