Founded in 1584, Senkin Shuzo has been crafting Sake, using water from the underground lake nearby limestone cave Ryusendo. Terroir of Iwaizumi, where the brewery is situated, and exquisite technique of Sake master Toji makes it possible to produce impressive tastes.
