Our brewery, established in 1858, is located in Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture.
Nearby are popular tourist destinations such as the UNESCO World Heritage site, Chuson-ji Konjikido (Golden Hall), and Fujiwara no Sato, a frequently used filming location for historical dramas.
Our sake-making philosophy centers on using only Iwate-grown rice. For our premium sake, we source rice through exclusive contracts with farmers in Oshu City, as well as the neighboring towns of Kanegasaki and Hiraizumi. By working closely with local farmers, we aim to foster a strong, community-focused business.
