It is a sake brewery of the Kaga clan, nurtured in the castle town of Kanazawa, which was originally settled in Kanazawa in 1583, the year after the Honnoji Incident, for sake brewing exclusively for "Lord Maeda Toshiie" from the country of Owari.Chief sake makers of Noto make the most of the flavor of sake rice in their sake brewing.We produce not only sake but also liqueurs.
