Founded in 1876.We continue to brew Noto chief sake maker while staying close to the nature of Noto.It is a classic style in which the rice is steamed on a Japanese pot with a koshiki placed on top, and the entire amount is squeezed into a wooden tank. The brand name "Oeyama" was named because we wanted people to drink as vigorously as Kyoto's "Shuten-doji".
Brewery tours must be reserved by phone or email at least one week prior to visit. We reserve the right to refuse depending on working conditions.(Tours + tastings over 550 yen/person)In-store tasting is 550 yen for 3 types of tasting (no reservation required). Both are available from 8:30-11:30 and 13:00-16:30.
