Kaetsu Sake Brewery, founded in Keio 1, is located in an ideal place for sake brewing, blessed with local rice suitable for sake brewing (Gohyakumangoku), subsoil water from lingfeng Mt.Hakusan and cold climate.Along with the rich luck of Hokuriku, delicious sake with meals! We are brewing sake with the theme.
