Our brewery is located at the foot of the renowned Mt. Tsukuba in Kanto. This area has long been known for its high-quality rice and pristine spring water, which flows through granite known as mikage-ishi.
Founded over 240 years ago by Omi merchants, we have continued to honor tradition while embracing a spirit of innovation, dedicating ourselves to sake brewing in this ideal location. We invite you to experience 'Hananoi', crafted with premium rice, pure water, and the dedication of our master brewers.
