“A Drop of Purity, Passed Down Through Generations”
“Sake Kakucho” is brewed against the backdrop of the bitterly cold climate and crystal-clear natural beauty of Okukuji-Daigo, surrounded by the lush forests stretching out from the sacred Mount Yamizo.
This crisp, light, and dry sake—perfect for autumn—embodies the charm of local sake: “making the most of the season and the ingredients, and capturing the essence of the land.”
Two hundred years have passed since its founding during the Bunsei era of the Edo period. We continue to entrust the art of “A Drop of Pure Heart” to every drop of our sake.
