The brewery has been in existence for six generations (current president) since the late Edo period, brewing sake with a dry, bold taste and a mellow aroma. The brewery's policy is "Sake is good for dry" and they have steadfastly maintained the use of hard water to brew sake with a bold and distinctive character.
While preserving the original taste of sake with a long history, the brewery also tries new things, and in recent years, its shochu has also been well received.
Brewery tours and tastings are not available. (We will be prepared to accept them in the future.)
