Introduction

Founded in 1716, it is the oldest sake brewery in the Tamba region. We brew local sake that makes the most of the individuality of each of them, including the traditional techniques of Mr. Tamba chief sake maker that have been passed down since ancient times, locally grown sake rice, the Mt. Jinchiji underground water that springs from the brewery, and the various microorganisms that have settled in the brewery over a history of more than 300 years.
We aim for a gentle and gentle taste that you will not get tired of drinking as a late drink.
