In the sixth year of Kanbun (1666), the mysterious sake was born by Hasegawa Eiga, a descendant of the 33rd generation of Fujiwara Kamashi of the Nara Dynasty. With the old-fashioned cold brewing, we have cultivated the technique of sake brewing many times without neglecting a single day, just like the name of Yaegaki. Sake brewing has not changed for more than 350 years. The spirit of the brewery, which is devoted to handmade craftsmanship, has been passed down through the ages to this day.
Its taste can be felt with a fine texture that is sharp of after.
Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
