For more than 360 years since its founded in 1662, we have been brewing sake in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture, supported by the rich natural blessings of miyamizu (miya water), high-quality rice, and the Rokko downpour.
With the belief that "sake is not something to be made, but something to be nurtured", we will continue to work together with the local community, while preserving the essence of Shiroshika's sake brewing, adopting new techniques, making further changes for the sake brewing that will continue into the future, and making efforts in educational programs to foster people and social contributions that support the local culture.
