Founded in 1837. Located in the mid-western part of Hyogo Prefecture, about 100 km from Kobe City and about 30 km from Himeji City, and bordered by Okayama Prefecture to the west and Tottori Prefecture to the north, we make the Japan sake "Banshu Ikkon" in a mountainous area bordering Okayama Prefecture to the west. The brand name means "Please have a cup of our sake packed with the charm of Banshu". Using sake rice from Hyogo Prefecture, the best place for sake rice in Japan, and the pure water of the Hyonosen Mountains, we deliver a gem brewed by taking advantage of the climate with temperature differences suitable for sake making that snows in winter.
Brewery tours are not available.Partial tasting available (may not be available depending on public conditions and crowds). At the "Banshu Ikkon Store" located next to the restaurant, visitors can purchase "Banshu Ikkon", "CIDRE RonRon" made with apples from Hyogo Prefecture, and other specialty products of Shiso City.
