Sakura Masamune is a sake brewery founded in 1625.The brewery is proud of its history and traditions, including the original brewery that named its sake "Masamune" for the first time, the brewery that discovered "Miyamizu" which contributed greatly to the development of Nada sake, and the brewery that originated "Association No. 1 yeast" which was distributed as the first official yeast in the country, with the motto of quality first, we are working hard every day to brew sake.
"Sakura Masamune Yakimare Kiippon Junmai" of a regular sake, it is a junmai-shu with a gentle rice flavor and excellent sharpness, made entirely from Hyogo Prefecture's Yamadanishiki rice, which is a rice suitable for sake brewing.
The Sakura Masamune Memorial Hall "Sakura Banquet" has various exhibits such as valuable old-time sake brewing videos and sake brewing tools.
Free and paid tastings are also available at the store in Sakura Banquet (11:00-19:00).
