Introduction

Founded in 1889. A small family-run sake brewery.Using sake rice grown in the family's own rice fields and in a favorable climate, the head of the family himself acts as chief sake maker, brewing full-bodied, richly flavored sake.
Representative brand is "Chidori Masamune”.
