In 1910, Kawaishi Sake Brewery was established by Kawaishi Shuzosaku I as an independent company from Kawaishi Honke Sake Brewery Co. Ltd. was founded in 1910, and began sake production at its current location (Tegara, Himeji City), celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2010. The company name "Nada Kiku" is derived from the combination of "Nada" of "Harimanada", the sea spreading out in front of Himeji, and "Kiku", a flower.Although our production volume is currently limited due to our small brewing and small-lot management, we believe that by carefully and painstakingly brewing local sake rice and thoroughly controlling quality, we are able to "deliver the most delicious sake in season" to our customers. We invite you to visit our brewery and try our "seasonal sake".
With the motto of "Harmony of Sake and Food Culture" and the spirit of hospitality, all of us at the brewery look forward to serving you.
