Founded in 1900, King Brewery was established in Inami-cho, one of the best grain-growing areas in Hyogo Prefecture.Even today, our company continues to produce and sell condiment of "mirin (sweet cooking sake)" and "sake (cooking sake)", both of which are familiar to consumers under the Hinode brand name, as well as sake under the "Banshu-Nishiki" and "Inami brands".The "Inamicho-grown series", which is made using locally grown produce and the simplest possible production method, includes "Rokujo no Shizuku", an honkaku shochu made from Rokujo barley, a specialty of Inamicho.
