Founded in 1725, all of our sake is brewed in the Tajima-style "kimototer culture" and "yamahai starter culture" with the aim of creating delicious sake brewing that goes well with local foods such as Matsuba crab, seafood, and Tajima beef.
Using local hight quality sake rice from Hyogo Prefecture, Kozutsumitsuru's unique brewing process produces a sake with a robust flavor, a refreshing aroma, and a smooth taste that will keep you coming back for more triple beat.
9:30-16:30 (with occasional closures), limited sake and limited sweets available for sale, free sake tasting.
Sake brewery tours May-October, phone: reservation required by 16:00 the day before.
Tours at 10:00 and 14:00 (twice a day for 20-30 minutes).
