Founded in 1916.The founder, a Tamba toji (a chief sake maker), invested his own money to establish the company in order to brew sake in his hometown.The company is particular about its ingredients, such as using Yamada-Nishiki grown in its own rice fields.
The sake we aim for is "sake that is kind to the body and soul. To achieve this, we spare no pains in the sake brewing process.
