Our brewery was founded by the first-generation brewmaster, a renowned Tamba Toji who had traveled across Japan mentoring others in the art of sake brewing. He chose to establish the brewery in his hometown of Tamba Sasayama, where his roots lie. Using soft water for the brewing process, our signature sake, Shugetsu, is characterized by its gentle, smooth, and approachable taste. We produce a diverse range of sake, from freshly brewed namazake to long-aged sake, offering a variety of flavors to suit different preferences. We invite you to explore and discover the sake that best matches your taste.
