Since 1688, it has been brewed in Itami, the birthplace of sake."Oimatsu" was recognized as "Gomen-shu" an official sake of the Shogunate during the Edo period, and was patronized as a consecrated sake for the court and as an official sake for the Shogun.
Oimatsu direct sales shop is open from 9:30 to 18:00.
Tastings are available on weekends and holidays for a fee.
Oimatsu tansui (groundwater) is served from 9:30 to 18:00.
