With the basic philosophy of "rice sake tastes like rice", the company brews sake exclusively with Yamada-Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture's Special A district and other rice suitable for sake brewing. We were one of the first in the industry to brew daiginjo, which has won gold medals a total of 26 times at the National New Sake Competition. In addition, in order to create new values for sake, we are taking on various challenges, such as contract farming with benevolent farmers for the first time in Japan, research on terroir, revival of sake rice, efforts to produce aged sake, and joint research with industry and academia.
Tastings and purchases are available at the Terroir Pavilion, which is located in the company from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.
