Since founded 1743, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery has been dedicated to sake brewing, and has supported the food and lifestyle culture of our customers through the brewing and sale of sake.Hakutsuru Sake Brewery is located in Nada, Kobe, which is known as one of the best sake brewing areas in Japan.
The weather conditions are ideal for sake brewing, and traditional techniques have been passed down from generation to generation, making it one of the best sake brewing areas in Japan.
Hakutsuru Sake Brewing actively introduces new technology and equipment, blends it with tradition, and aims to create sake brewing that is appropriate for the current era.
The Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum, located on the premises, was established in the remodeled Head Office Ichigo-gura, which was actually used until the 1960s.
The museum is open from 9:30 to 16:30 (admission until 16:00. Admission is free.
The museum is closed during the Bon and year-end and New Year holidays.
