Introduction

Mukaihara Sake Brewery which founded in 1909 (Meiji 42) by volunteers from Mukaihara Town, Mukaihara Sake Brewery is known for its unique sake brewing using rice unique to the region. However, in Showa 57 (1982), it fell into financial difficulties and was rescued by a business group led by local resident Tamaji Shibukawa.
