Founded in 1871. Hiroshima Prefecture is located in Nigata-cho, Kure City, a small town surrounded by mountains and the sea.
The brewery is fed by naturally filtered water that passes through Mt. Noro and is known as "Houken Meisui," which is the best water for sake brewing.
Our chief sake makers put a lot of time and effort into brewing each sake, and we produce only small quantities of sake without any compromise to produce satisfactory sake.
Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
