Surrounded by mountains and blessed with abundant water, our brewery has been crafting sake in Hida-Furukawa for over 320 years. Using locally sourced rice, water, and the dedication of local people, we have continued to produce sake that reflects the refreshing climate and natural beauty of the Hida region, earning the love and support of the local community.
