Introduction

Founded during the Bunsei era (1818–1830), Hazama Shuzou is located in Nakatsugawa-juku, the 45th post town on the Nakasendo route from Edo. Using spring water from Mount Ena as our brewing water, we craft fruity and aromatic sake made from rice and water, delivering both deliciousness and joy to our customers.
