We are a sake brewery with a 200-year history, located on Kamisanno Town in Hida Takayama, Gifu Prefecture. Nestled in the "Old Town," a picturesque area steeped in the charm of a historic castle town, our brewery has been crafting sake for generations.
Using pristine spring water sourced from the deep Hida mountains, part of the Japanese Alps, and high-quality sake rice, we create sake with traditional techniques that have been passed down through the centuries.
In addition to sake brewing, our premises feature a restaurant and a gift shop, offering a "sake theme park" experience. We look forward to welcoming you!

How to Enjoy:
Purchase tokens from the exchange machine, then use the gacha machine to receive an original ochoko cup. Choose your favorite sake to taste and enjoy this unique “sake theme park” experience.
