The Yamatogawa Sake Brewery is a 1790 year old sake brewing company located in Kitakata, Fukushima, Japan. (currently in its ninth generation).As a sake brewery in Kitakata-city, it has long been loved by the citizens of Kitakata, and as a brewery of divine sake, it has conducted business rooted in the local climate.With the motto of "local rice, local water, and local technology", we brew sake with the concept of "village sake", which is one step ahead of the concept of "local sake" that has been used so far.
