We craft our sake with care and precision, using abundant spring water from the Nasu mountain range and carefully selected rice, guided by the skill and dedication of our artisans.
In addition to sake, we produce a diverse range of beverages, including shochu and liqueurs.
Our mission is to create sake that reflects the character of our region and resonates with our customers, as we continue to take on new challenges.
