Introduction

Nihonmatsu, where water from the Adatara Mountains gushes forth in abundance.Founded in 1752, the Daishichi Sake Brewery has continued to brew rich, beautiful sake here, focusing exclusively on the sake brewing method of "Kimoto-zukuri".The combination of the traditional "Kimoto-zukuri" brewing technique and the innovative ultra-flat rice polishing technique has earned Daishichi a reputation both in Japan and around the world for its unique and distinctive sake that is a perfect accompaniment to meals.We will continue to carve out a new history of great sake.

Visiting/Tasting

We offer paid sake brewery tours by reservation only, where you can enjoy the process of making sake.This is a luxurious tour course where you can taste 5~7 kinds of recommended Japan sake and liqueurs.
