Introduction

Founded in Meiji 28 as Imamura Honke Sake Brewery. In the 11th year of the Taisho era, the branch house was expanded to Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture. From the appearance of the majestic waves of the Chikugo River flowing by the storehouse, it was called "Wakanami" to raise young waves without being bound by old history.
The concept of sake is "the push wave of taste and the underw of aftertaste". It expresses various "waves" with a surging taste and a refreshing aftertaste.
It is a small sake brewery brewed by a young brewer, centered on the three arrows of the owner, who is the younger brother, the sister who oversees the production, and a chief sake makers, the sister's classmate.
