Introduction

Located alongside Kyushu's largest river, the Chikugo River, our brewery takes its name from the river's youthful, dynamic waves, symbolizing a commitment to continually creating new ripples.

The concept behind our sake is "the push and pull of waves"—a bold surge of flavor that gently recedes, leaving a refreshing finish.

Our brewery is home to two certified sake evaluation specialists, a distinction held by only two individuals in the prefecture. We are dedicated to crafting sake that passes rigorous quality inspections, ensuring that every bottle delivers absolute trust and satisfaction. With unwavering focus, we pour our hearts into creating exceptional sake.
