We were founded in 1883 as a brewery specializing in authentic shochu.Since the Chikugo Plain is a major barley production area, we mainly produce shochu made from barley.
We are challenging ourselves to bring out the potential of barley, including a "roasted barley shochu" made from roasted barley.
In addition, as Japan Craft Spirits, we are studying beyond the genre of alcoholic beverages in order to introduce authentic shochu to the world using Japanese distilling techniques.
