Founded in 1898, our brewery is located in the heart of the Chikugo Plain, an area along the Chikugo River known for its pure water and fertile land. This region has long been a hub for sake production.
Our mission is to provide happiness beyond the taste of "deliciousness" through the creation of uniquely flavorful sake, contributing to the enrichment of dining experiences.
Our brewery specializes exclusively in junmai sake, using only locally sourced ingredients from Fukuoka Prefecture. We are also committed to a sustainable cycle of "rice farming → sake brewing → shochu production from sake lees → rice farming → …," reflecting our dedication to both quality and environmental responsibility.
