Brewed by the Yagi Sake Brewery Department since 1831, Yamatan Masamune sake has been a local favorite for long years, thanks to its thorough attention to quality sake rice from the rich nature of the local Ehime region, the limpid subsoil water of Imabari, and the traditional techniques of the Ochi chief sake makers.
Representative brands are "Yamatan Masamune Shizuku Ehime Junmai-Ginjo", "Yamatan Masamune Junmai-Shu Matsuyama-Mitsui" and "Yamatan Masamune Katana" etc.
Weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Up to 20 people.
Reservations required (please call or email at least one week in advance of desired date).
Please note that we may not accept reservations during the sake brewing season.
