This area is located in the eastern part of the Tsugaru region, this area is famous for its apples and rice, and is a land of good water, good rice, and good sake.
This company is since founded in 1913, we are brewing locally brewed sake using abundant underground water from the southern Mt.Hakkouda under the company motto of ""harmonious cooperation"" and by using the best of our traditional sake brewing techniques, which we have refined to the utmost, while respecting the individuality and local flavor of each brewery.
The selling point of each sake is its smooth, full-bodied, and mellow taste.
