Tsushima, where flourished as a vital hub connecting Owari and Ise via the Kiso Three Rivers, has a rich history dating back to the Kamakura period. Its location in a water-rich area fostered industrial development, and during the Sengoku period, under Oda Nobunaga, Tsushima was known as the "Kitchen of Nobunaga," serving as a commercial center for Owari.
Founded in 1873, our brewery preserves the traditional methods passed down in the Tsushima region while skillfully integrating modern quality control practices. We are committed to developing rich, full-bodied sake that fully brings out the natural umami of rice, blending the craftsmanship of handmade brewing with contemporary innovation.
