Founded in 1844, Kunizakari is a sake brewery located in Handa City, Aichi Prefecture. The brand name Kunizakari was chosen with the hope of "prospering together with this nation."
The brewery produces a wide range of products, including the sake brands Kunizakari, Handago, Saika, Gahojin, and Toraji no Uta. In addition, they craft plum wine (umeshu) and plum syrup made exclusively from plums grown in their own orchard, as well as the Fruria series of high-fruit-content liqueurs.
Continuously evolving to adapt to changing times, the brewery remains dedicated to the art of sake-making while expanding its offerings to meet diverse tastes.
