Founded in 1751, the brewery Fukuju has been carefully brewing sake for thirteen generations in Mikagego, one of the five Nada Townships.This sake has a flavor that brews a mellow and dignified structure.Since 2008, "Fukuju Junmai Ginjo" has been served at official Nobel Prize events.The company brews sake sustainably, and in 2022 will sell the world's first carbon-zero sake, which has received environmental awards overseas.The site has four facilities: a brewing building, a sales store, a Japanese restaurant, and an event hall.
Tastings and brewery tours (reservations required) are also available.
