Since founded in 1789, seven generations have been making sake for over 230 years using the cool, refreshing air from Hakone, subsoil water from Tanzawa, and carefully selected raw rice.
Representative brand is "Hakoneyama".
Among them, Junmai Daiginjo is characterized by its mellow aroma with a fruit aroma, a plump taste, and a smooth mouthfeel.
