We brew a wide variety of sake using modern facilities and state-of-the-art technology in Nirasaki, Yamanashi Prefecture, a city rich in nature with views of the Southern Alps and Mt. While maintaining traditional techniques, we aim to produce high quality sake that is easy to enjoy by using innovative brewing techniques and production methods.
