Founded in 1874. The brand name "Seisen" is derived from the sake brewed with fresh water that gushes like a spring from a deep well dug in the Kamisou region. With the philosophy of "connecting the Japanese sake culture to the future with human harmony", we strive to combine tradition and innovation. Under the mottos of "sticking to the basics" and "sparing no effort", we aim to create "sake with a receptive character" that complements the flavors of Chiba's delicious sea and mountain food.
