Founded in 1903. It was named "Fusouzuru" with the hope that it would spread its wings like the crane, a well-known symbol of longevity.
The aim is not to create a sake that is finished with one glass and does not advance the food, but rather, "a sake that may not be enough in one sip, but will enhance the taste of food and can be drunk slowly and leisurely".
Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
